Final survey question: If you choose to provide personal information (name and email) in response to this question, that information will be used only for tasks that are necessary and proper for the prize drawing. It will not be used for any other purpose. It will not be sold, shared, or published.

Other survey questions: We may quote answers to these other questions as we see fit. We will treat those answers as anonymous; we will not link them with personal information from the final question. If you include personally identifiable information in your answers to these other questions, you do so on your own responsibility and at your own risk.

Prize drawing rules and procedures

Any questions arising from the prize drawing will be settled by the judges, whose decision is final. The directors of the System Management Interface Forum (SMIF), Inc., are the judges.

The judges, the SMIF administrator, and their families, are ineligible to win a prize.

An entry must provide both a name and an email to be included in the drawing.

An entry with a false name, an incomplete name, or an invalid email, is disqualified.

If there are multiple entries from the same person, or with the same email, only the most recent entry will count in the statistics, and only one entry will be included in the drawing.

Drawing is implemented as an impartial, random process.

The winner will be contacted and asked for a shipping address.

If it is impractical to ship an iPod Touch to the winner, a monetary or other prize of similar value will be substituted. Note that it is impractical for us to ship an iPod Touch outside the United States.

If the winner can not be contacted, or if the winner refuses a prize, or if for any other reason we can not deliver a prize to the winner with a reasonable amount of effort, then the winner may be disqualified and another winner drawn.
